We’ll have a no-pressure conversation about your goals and about your ensemble—size, vocal ranges, rehearsal schedule, ability level, and performance objectives—and we’ll go from there. I’ll answer your questions, outline options (custom chart vs. pre-arranged titles), and explain timelines and pricing so you can choose what fits your program.

The full-show package includes all arrangements, rehearsal MIDI files, live vocal performance mp3s (if applicable), any requested edits, and full-season support from me.

Of course, custom only vocals or only band arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis. I’ll evaluate the project to estimate a turnaround time; delivery depends on complexity, length, required voicings, orchestration, and any additional elements (vocal percussion, instrumental solos, etc.). Pricing likewise varies with those factors.

To provide a firm timeline and accurate quote, I’ll need:

• Source material (song file, lead sheet, or reference track)

• Desired arrangement length

• Target voicings/ensemble size (SSA, SATB, divided parts, instrumental lineup)

• Any specific requests (key changes, transcription of solos, custom harmony, vocal percussion charting, rehearsal tracks)

• Deadlines
